I am part of an awesome book club WOL (Women of Light). This is more than a book club; this is a true sisterhood in which the members are allowed to express themselves without judgment or criticism. If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to find your community or pioneer to create one. There is safety in numbers among women who can tell you the truth and receive the truth you share with them.

This book is on point. The author not only explains self-care, but provides activities and explanations for different self-care practices for the mind, body, and soul. My goal is to do an activity to address each area daily. Yes! DAILY (with a clap) because we need self-care daily! Instead of reading this book in chronological order, I decided what activities I wanted to focus on and DO the activities. Information is great to know, but the execution of the information is where you get the benefits!
